Terms and Conditions for the Website of the Family Psychological Center "Cicha Łąka"

- These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the website of the Cicha Łąka Psychological Center (hereinafter: the Website), operated by the Administrator: Małgorzata Kwiecińska-Więcek Psychoterapia i Wspieranie Rozwoju, VAT ID (NIP) 951 219 30 53 (hereinafter: the Administrator).
- Use of the Website is voluntary and constitutes acceptance of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
- The Website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice. The content published on the Website cannot replace a direct consultation with a specialist.

- Clients may contact the “Cicha Łąka” Psychological Center or the Data Controller using the provided contact information.
§3. Terms of Use of the Website
- The website and its content are protected by copyright and may not be used for commercial purposes without the consent of the Data Controller.
- Sharing the website content without the consent of the Data Controller is prohibited.
- The Data Controller reserves the right to make changes to the website without prior notice.
- The Data Controller is not responsible for interruptions in website availability, technical errors, or content on linked external websites.
§4. Personal Data Protection
- The Data Controller guarantees the protection of clients’ personal data in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy available on the website.
- Clients’ personal data is collected solely for the purpose of providing psychological services and maintaining contact with clients.
- Clients have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of their personal data.
§5. Complaints
- Clients have the right to submit complaints regarding the services provided to the email address available on the website.
- The Data Controller undertakes to review complaints within 14 days from the date of receipt.
§6. Payment Methods
- The following payment methods are available for services: online payments, or for certain services – cash or payment card.
- Online payments are handled by Przelewy24.
- Online payments include instant bank transfer, BLIK, and payments by debit/credit card.
- In the event of a refund for a payment made by card, the seller will return the funds to the bank account associated with the client’s card.
- Orders are processed immediately after the payment is confirmed by the payment operator – Przelewy24.
- For card payments, processing occurs immediately after funds are received.
§7. Reservations and Cancellations
- Reservations for services provided by specialists cooperating with Małgorzata Kwiecińska-Więcek Psychoterapia i Wspieranie Rozwoju, as well as by Magdalena Skrzypek (Indywidualna Praktyka Lekarska Magdalena Skrzypek), can be made by phone, email, or through the online booking system.
- Psychiatric services provided by Magdalena Skrzypek are offered within her separate business (Indywidualna Praktyka Lekarska Magdalena Skrzypek), and the “Cicha Łąka” Psychological Center is not a party to the contract between the client and Dr. Magdalena Skrzypek.
- Our center is not a registered medical facility. Medical services (psychiatry) are provided by independent specialists operating their own businesses. The website owner is not responsible for the quality or course of medical services.
- All online service reservations require full prepayment. In-person reservations can be paid either in advance or on-site.
- Reservations made by the client may be changed or canceled no later than 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be fully refunded. No-shows or late cancellations result in the loss of the paid fee.
§8. Final Provisions
- Any disputes arising from the use of the website will be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the company’s registered office.
- The Data Controller reserves the right to amend the regulations and will inform clients of any changes on the website.
