Psychological counseling

Psychological counseling is a form of psychological support in which a specialist (psychologist) provides guidance and assistance in addressing emotional, behavioral, or relational difficulties. Counseling is often short-term and focused on one or several specific issues, such as coping with stress, challenges in relationships, work, or studies. Its goal is to equip the client with tools, knowledge, and skills that enable them to solve problems or better manage difficulties. Unlike psychotherapy, counseling is more oriented toward addressing current problems rather than long-term work on personality changes or unresolved traumas.

Who is it for?

Counseling is recommended for individuals experiencing life difficulties, as well as for those seeking to improve their quality of life, for example by better managing stress, achieving goals, or communicating more effectively with others. It can be especially helpful for people facing short-term or periodic problems, but also for those dealing with long-term challenges, particularly when they need timely support.
